The wonders of Epsom salt have been well known for hundreds of years. Epsom salt is made of naturally occurring minerals magnesium and sulfate, ingredients which can help improve health in numerous ways. The reasons for such widespread magnesium deficiencies include increased consumption of processed foods, water purification that removes natural minerals, and mineral-depleted soil.
