Week One Down!!

So happy to say that I have completed my first full week and I feel good….I am not going to say it was easy but the one good thing is that I never felt hungry!  I was/am still having my sweet cravings but Tiffany has been great at helping me with options to prevent it. Although I did not loss as much weight as I would like to but the fact that I lost 3 inches is exciting!  I also was able to get a “tour” of how to shop at wholefoods on a budget…..it was a great experience and I am excited to be able to shop there on a more regular basis.  Look out Angelina Jolie….. :)

I have recently developed at big sweet tooth myself and I know how hard it is not to grab something sweet & delicious. I now have my fridge full of sweet fruits the try and satisfy my sweet tooth cravings… berries seem to do the treat for me!!
Good luck, the 1st week is always the most difficult.

Great job Angie! Hope the plan continues to go well. I know you can do it when you put your mind to something, and with all Tiffany’s experience and knowledge, it sounds like you’ll have all the tools you need. Keep up the great workouts with bootcamp too! It will all pay off with the results you are working towards!
