Vacation…..

So after lossing 4lbs last week……I went on vacation and I think I may have been a little more confident then I should have been.  I found it really difficult to stick to my routine.  It was hard between the actually traveling on the road, staying at friend’s houses and just out and about a lot.  It was hard finding heatlh options, I did the best I thought I could do and the results…….2lbs GAINED!!  Ughhh……it is scary how easy it is to put the weight back on and how hard it can be to take it off!  Good news is I have had great encouragement from Tiffany and I am back on track this week.  I decided even though my 28-day challenge has ended I am going to continue my challenge b/c I have set a goal for myself and I am determined to achieve it!  I know there will be challenges along the way but my goal is to be down to 150 by September 30th……it is possible.  It will be work but what in life is not?!?

Oh Angie,

I know exactly how you feel. I was going to write about my 2lb gain experience too. My mom bought pizza and felt like I needed to eat it (2 slices and it tasted horrible), and then had friends come that same weekend and had a couple of bites of pasta (got a belly ache) one night and had one beer the next night and I gained!! I was shocked! I didn’t think I had strayed that far off the diet.

But I am finding when going out to eat, it is really easy to just ask if they can fit their menu to my dietary needs. And I haven’t even been charged extra.

I guess, I should write all I have learned in a blog post…be on the look out.
