Facing My Fear – LeAnn’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge

I am terrified to be posting my personal business for the world to see but I can keep doing the same old thing – hiding my fears – or I can do something different and face them.

It’s been three weeks since I started meeting with Tiffany Jackson and things have been going great.  I have heard all the “rules” before – eat right (food closest to its natural state), drink more water, chew slower, and exercise – but following those rules always seemed difficult until I started this program.

I started by enrolling in the 360 degree meal program (first with lunches and on to dinners) and am now trying Kangen water and adding in exercise.  In less than a week I lost 3 lbs.

 I haven’t seen Tiffany Jackson this week but had a small set back over the 4th of July weekend – too much to drink (not water :) ) and too many bad foods but I restarted my good habits today and instantly my energy level has improved.  I was exhausted yesterday and today I’m ready to go.  Tomorrow I start weight-lifting with a friend and hope that will keep my motivation going.

On the sharing too much of your personal life for the world to see, I was the same way. You don’t have to share specifics…just enough to let your personality come through.
