Kangen Water Day 20
Posted by: | CommentsI am a good schedule of drinking the water. Ron is staying in touch to keep me supplied. I am a good habit of drinking water daily. I will be traveling for two week at the end of this week. I have always been a morning person but I feel more focused than usual in the mornings since I have been drinking water. Traveling is tough since I am in an airport or airplane for 8 hours flying out West. It has been a good habit to drink water and cut out other liquids. I hope to maintain while I travel.
Kangen Water Day 15
Posted by: | CommentsMy energy level have been higher in the morning and I look forward to drinking the water. It has made me aware of how much diet sodas I had been consuming. Since I work from home, I take short breaks to get something to drink and a snack. I look forward to the water and challenge myself to drink my allotment by the afternoon. I am more hydrated since I am conscious of drinking the water. At times when I was busy I was forgetting to drink and would get de-hydrated.

Water challenge Day 5
Posted by: | CommentsI have just completed Day 5 in the Kangen Water Challenge. I felt a slight headache for the first three days. Since I work from home and I usually drink quite a bit of liquids usually water and diet sodas. I was surprised on days I was at my desk that I drank a gallon by early afternoon.
This caught me off guard because I am usually good at staying hydrated. It got me thinking about how much diet soda I have been consuming if I am drinking a gallon by early afternoon.
I feel fine. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow for a check-up so I will be able to check my weight at their office.
Kangen Water Challenge Day 1
Posted by: | CommentsToday is Day 1 for me drinking the water. This will be a transition for me since I work at the computer the majority of the day drinking tap water and diet sodas. The water has a nice taste.
Here is some background I found on the web on Kangen water.
According to a theory, the human body needs both acids and alkalis to properly process foods, make repairs and generally remain in good working order. Ingesting too many acidic foods and beverages, most notably carbonated soft drinks, can lower the body’s natural pH levels to dangerously acidic levels. Kangen water could help restore a the body’s proper pH level and perhaps even become more alkaline, which would be a positive development, in theory. Kangen water are also said to have smaller molecules, which means they are more readily absorbed by the body. Ordinary tap water or unprocessed bottled waters have larger water molecules which tend to pass through the body without reaching individual cells. Without proper re-hydration, these cells can suffer from a form of cellular dehydration and either die too soon or fail to function efficiently. Kangen water is believed to have the ability to rehydrate these cells before they essentially dry out. The science behind ionized or alkaline water is fairly solid.
Here is a youtube video that Tiffany emailed me for some more background on Kangen Water.
