Meghan’s Water Challenge
Posted by: | CommentsSo back from vacation and a week off the water
- Have to say I didn’t see too much difference in my running well on vacation, but maybe a week is to early to tell?!
- I do, however miss drinking the water, bottled water just doesn’t have the same taste.
It will be interesting to see if I begin to notice any differences in my running (haven’t ran in the last few days because I have not been feeling to well)
Meghan – Day 11 on Kangen Water

So today is my 11th day drinking Kangen Water!
Still craving the water, had a class of regular water at a restaurant last night and it just wasn’t the same. I was asked today by Dr. Jackson’s father how I would describe how the Kangen Water tastes, and to be honest it is hard. It is hard to say in words the exact taste of the Kangen Water; it’s crisp and fresh were the best adjective we could come up with. I suggest you try the Kangen Water for yourself and let me know how you believe it tastes.
Day 9 of Meghan’s Water Challenge

I can see a great improvement in recovery time after I run and during my runs I’m not sore or tired. I have began to crave the water, I am drinking more of the Kangen water than Tiffany and Tom told me was the minimum about I need to drink. I just love the taste
Meghan’s Kangen Water Challenge
Posted by: | CommentsI am a Senior at Clemson University and interning for the summer with Dr. Tiffany Jackson. I decided to do her “Change your Water Challenge” because I am a runner and workout all the time. I believe I am never properly hydrated and have had some stomach issues recently. I have been drinking Kangen water for the last 3 days. I have not seen any noticeable differents yet. But the Kangen water test much refresh and doesn’t leave you with that slugging feeling in your tummy after drinking a lot of water. I am looking forward to seeing the differences within the next few days.
