Another Great Week!
Posted by: | CommentsIt’s amazing … keeping focus on a goal really does make a difference. This week has been great! I decided that even though I was meeting with Tiffany, eating dinners from the Whole Foods program, and drinking Kagan water, I was still not committed to creating a heathy life for myself. Over the past two weeks, I had changed my mind set — started visualizing my end goal and guess what? I lost 3.6 lbs. Now I am on fire — headed to the gym every day and really thinking about what I am eating — no more “little bites” of fatty foods. I can no longer get in the way of my own success. Weighing in Monday and really believe I will have lost at least 2 more. I will keep you posted.
Positive Momentum
Posted by: | CommentsGreat week! Even after a weekend of pure indulgence (the 4th), I was able to focus and lose another pound and a few more inches. Forgive me but I forgot to write down the exact numbers so I will post that next week. The meals are going great and I feel motivated – lifting weights with a friend 3 times a week and now going to spin classes. It’s been great! Thanks Tiffany for all your motivation and words of wisdom – I know myself, I would have thrown in the towel by now but you have kept me on track.
The challenge I am facing now is going out – lunch meetings and out with friends. I have to find a way to use the skills I have been taught to make good decisions when others are not (I am working on my will power).
Here’s to the start of a new week and hopefully good results at the end of the week when I weigh in!

Posted by: | CommentsWhile I didn’t weigh in last week, it was a good one – started lifting weights with a colleague and resumed spin classes after not going for many months. I have to attribute the new found energy to Kangen water, the new diet, and the sharing my storing through this blog!
I have been in ketosis all week and hope that the scale and tape measure are going to show the results. I will post more once I have seen Tiffany!
Facing My Fear – LeAnn’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge
Posted by: | CommentsI am terrified to be posting my personal business for the world to see but I can keep doing the same old thing – hiding my fears – or I can do something different and face them.
It’s been three weeks since I started meeting with Tiffany Jackson and things have been going great. I have heard all the “rules” before – eat right (food closest to its natural state), drink more water, chew slower, and exercise – but following those rules always seemed difficult until I started this program.
I started by enrolling in the 360 degree meal program (first with lunches and on to dinners) and am now trying Kangen water and adding in exercise. In less than a week I lost 3 lbs.
I haven’t seen Tiffany Jackson this week but had a small set back over the 4th of July weekend – too much to drink (not water
) and too many bad foods but I restarted my good habits today and instantly my energy level has improved. I was exhausted yesterday and today I’m ready to go. Tomorrow I start weight-lifting with a friend and hope that will keep my motivation going.
