Kangen Water Day 20
Posted by: | CommentsI am a good schedule of drinking the water. Ron is staying in touch to keep me supplied. I am a good habit of drinking water daily. I will be traveling for two week at the end of this week. I have always been a morning person but I feel more focused than usual in the mornings since I have been drinking water. Traveling is tough since I am in an airport or airplane for 8 hours flying out West. It has been a good habit to drink water and cut out other liquids. I hope to maintain while I travel.
Kangen Water Day 15
Posted by: | CommentsMy energy level have been higher in the morning and I look forward to drinking the water. It has made me aware of how much diet sodas I had been consuming. Since I work from home, I take short breaks to get something to drink and a snack. I look forward to the water and challenge myself to drink my allotment by the afternoon. I am more hydrated since I am conscious of drinking the water. At times when I was busy I was forgetting to drink and would get de-hydrated.
