Now that schools out for summer, my kids are constantly coming in the house for a cool snack, so they can go back outside and play. I like to have fun easy healthy grab and go snacks. Here is one of my favorites. Enjoy!
- Lay your watermelon on a cutting board (cut side down)
- Slice off the ends and then slice into large wedges
- Cut a small slit the size of a popsicle stick into the green skin of the watermelon
- Lay sticks on baking paper and freeze
