So we can serve all new patients to the highest quality, we encourage you to call us during our business hours for a complimentary 15-minute pre-session evaluation so we can get to know you and best recommend the private consultation or program that best suits your needs and desires.
- Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately no. However, we do offer payment plans to meet your financial needs. Payment plans are set up on an individual basis.
If Tiffany and Dr. Cometa determine you need lab work and/or prescription medication, these can be billed through your insurance.
- Do you offer payment plans for your programs?
Yes we do! Our payment plans are arranged on an individual basis based on your financial needs. We are committed to your health, so we are more than happy to arrange a payment plan that works for you. Please call or email to arrange a plan.
- Is detoxing right for me?
Great question! The answer is yes and no. Detoxing is actually not ideal for every patient, which is why we insist on having a pre-detox consultation with you.
If you have high levels of toxic build up or a history of gastrointestinal system disorders (such as Crohn’s or IBS), detoxing incorrectly can stir up too many toxins too quickly, which is why it’s very important to approach detoxing with great care.

- Do you offer group rates for your programs?
Yes! We start a new group detox program on the first Saturday of every month. For more information, please check out our Detox Programs.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Everyone’s time is a precious, valuable resource. We respect your time and ask, in return, you understand our time is valuable as well. We take our appointments seriously; therefore, we require a credit card to be on file when booking an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your appointment.
- How do I cancel my spa membership?
Spa memberships are billed on a month-to-month contract, so you can cancel at any time. We do require 30 days notice (30 days before your next billing cycle) in writing to securely cancel your membership.
- Can I buy a Kangen Water Machine?
Absolutely! After a couple months drinking this clean, ionized, alkaline water, most clients and patients can’t imagine a day without their Kangen!
Although we are not in the business of selling water machines, we are firm believers that drinking water like this is essential to maintaining your health.
We know that purchasing a Kangen Water Machine can be a large financial commitment, so we promise to reimburse you $150 – $450 after you’ve paid for your water machine in full.
